Oklahoma Mineral Rights Appraisal/Evaluator needed...

Hello…

I am a Trustee of a family trust, with parcels, in Logan, Haskell, and Latimer counties, in Oklahoma.

The Mineral Rights are a combination of producing and non producing.

Very little annual income is/has been received. One family member is interested in buying all of the Mineral Rights, so we are not looking for a buyer.

I am looking for an independent, mineral rights appraiser / evaluator that operates with a fiduciary duty mindset. The rights need to be appraised for compensation of other beneficiaries but (as mentioned above) due to the small stream of income, we are not trying to incur, a large appraisal fee.

Any recommendations/advice?

The Directories tab above has several appraisers. Pecan Tree handles mostly west of the Mississippi. I think they have a more simple appraisal for your needs versus a more complex one.
