In Oklahoma can anyone go to the county court house and file a Oil and Gas Lease or assignment even if they don’t actually own it? I only ask because before i purchase a lease i want to make sure it is in good standing. i will have a lawyer check it out as well but just wanted some input, things to ask maybe?
