Is anything happening here, or do any of y’all know anything more about what Silver Creek Oil & Gas plans to do here. Signed a lease back in April 2023 with them through Cowbell Creek for 1/5th royalty and pocket change signing bonus. It was sent to me after my father passed and brother had already signed it, so I just went along with it. Either way if anyone has any insight on what’s going on in section 27-7N-8E, it would be much appreciated

Make sure that both of you have filed your names and addresses and any probate documents with the Hughes county recorder of deeds. When Silver Creek starts filing OCC cases, you will want to be notified. At the moment, I do not see any new permits or cases. Activity is a bit slow right now in Hughes due to the low price of gas. Many analysts think the prices will pick back up in 2025.
