Oklahoma Gas well operator not forthcoming with accounting for royalites

I have received no information since 2021 about a gas well in OK in which I hold royalty interest since inheriting it in the 1990’s. The well, while always a low producer, is still listed as active on the OK Gas & Oil Commission’s natural gas production database (hosted by the Oklahoma Tax Commission) during the last 4 years. The last 12 months’ production is there on the database. My last communication from a prior operator was in 2021. I finally tracked down the current operator. On the phone he complained about the amount of gas produced and complained about the buyer (I assume the buyer of the gas.) He claimed he is ill and said he is considering plugging the well. I am trying to be empathetic, but I want to see what has been going on for the last 4 years. What are my rights to obtain a written accounting of the production and disbursement of (any) royalties for the last 4 years. I can only see 1 years’ worth online in the OK database? Should I send a written request to this operator via registered letter? If there is no response, what recourse do I have?
