Where do I find API number?
Meridian quarters?
Operator number Newfield?
To find this form, I went to http://imaging.occeweb.com/imaging/OGWellRecords.aspx
I then entered 2002N11E into the legal location field and then clicked search.
On the 1002A will be the Operator Number, the API, and the Spacing order number (most times).
I do not see a 1073 form, so I’ll assume the operator has not changed. The 1534 forms that were filed confirm this assumption.
