New to all of this and trying to figure it out. How do we know if this area is producing. Our deed says West Side Section 13 Block 34 t-4-N Can anyone help? In addition are we able to do a quitclaim form through the mail? We live in Texas and need to have them transferred.

This tract does not appear to be producing. There are Birch horizontal wells just south of you, it would not be unreasonable to assume that somebody will drill your acreage with horizontals at some point in the next 0-10 years.
