I’m checking for info on possible permit for drilling on my lease located: Twn/Rng/Sect 26N/57E/10 S2S2, NESE Twn/Rng/Sect 26N/57/15 N2NE SENE. Any info is appreciated.

26N-57E-10 & 26N-57E-15 look like they are both included in the Kraken Resources Russell 15-10-3-34 #4H well which has a surface location in section 22 and goes north int 15, 10, 3 & 34 (You can tell by the name of the well.). Permit was issued on 4/1/26, but I do not see a spud date yet.
I’m 1/4 owner in these, I leased to Phoenix/Border Resources. Is it normal for another company to obtain the permit?
Quite common for multiple working interest owners in a well. Only one is designated as the operator.
Who would I contact for info once there is a well?
Once the well is drilled and completed, the operator will get the Division Order title opinion for all the owners. Since this is four sections, it can take months. Then they will send the Division Order to each owner to sign and give their W-9. Royalties will follow. I generally look at one year from spud to pay, but this may take a bit longer since it is four sections.
