Does anyone know what the current going rate is for signing bonuses and oil royalties in Harding County South Dakota?
We signed a lease 4 years ago that paid 13% two years shut in and Pugh clause.
The lease has expired, and wonder if the area is still being developed.

There is some relevant info in the Group for Harding County, South Dakota. I suspect that offer could be improved upon if a number of small owners banded together to offer thousands of acres to the various oil companies.
