OIl/Gas Property Valuation in Jim Wells County, TX

I am new to the forum. I own mineral rights to 14 acres near Premont, TX, and would like to lease or sell them if I can establish a value. I know that particular oil field is pretty active, but I do not know who the main operators are there, and cannot make the trip down to see about the situation. How can I search this information out, along with estimating the value of my holdings? Thanks for any help.

Under 'Permitted Operator' is the name of each company leasing and drilling in Jim Wells County. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that information. It will enable me to throw out a general inquiry to see if my property is of interest to anyone. Can't think of any other approach at the moment.
