I still do not have a offer to lease my 175 acres in Dimmit County on Brown Rd which expired earlier this year. I have, however, received a letter from a company that wants to run a pipe line through my ranch. The letter did not say if proposed pipe line is for oil or gas. Its just a pre approach letter they sent out to all affected land owners. Anyone out there have any experience on this they can share?
