Yes. Anthem Energy is actively developing Sections 23 and 24-14N-18W in Custer County.
Two horizontal wells have recently been spud:
Pea Eye Parker 2-23-14H API: 35-039-00119 Spud date: September 21, 2026
Newt Call 1-24-13H API: 35-039-00120 Spud date: September 22, 2026
Both wells are operated by Anthem Energy Operating (Oklahoma) LLC.
The OCC Form 1001A filings show that both wells were spud from surface locations in Section 26-14N-18W. The wells are horizontal developments involving acreage to the north, including Sections 23 and 24.

Where are the 1001a file reports?
My recommendation would be for you to Google “OCC Well Data Finder”. Find the black dot in Custer County in the sections you want, click on the name of the well, and then view the documents.
For each well, you can download and save each form 1000 and form 1001A.
As a side note I then upload these forms into ChatGPT or Gemini and ask AI how to interpret. Each form has an interesting story to tell.
