Why is a company so interested in leasing land with a non profit able well. When the well was drilled there was oil. However, it was not making enough to service it. Therefore, it was abandoned I guess. However, I signed a lease for 400.00 an acre 1 year ago for horizontal drilling. On the same quarter. I am getting an offer to buy my minerals every week it is up to 10,500 for 20 acres. Why are the so interested??? The well is just north east of Bison.
