Larry, You mentioned it being since 2020 when someone offered to lease, are they leasing in this area now? We have some property just across HWY 180 in the DL Cunningham area curious if it is heading back that way?
I have no indication that they are heading back in my direction. I was just concerned since I haven’t had anyone trying to lease or purchase like in the past.
