Just checking if anything is going on in Grady County Section 4, Township 7N, Range 8W, was made an offer to purchase, which I am not interested, but then a lease offer came in yesterday.

Tracy, Western Oil & Gas just finished a well in 33-8N-8W which is next to your section. They have released no production info yet but because of the sudden interest I would guess they got something. I also found a lease in 4 that they gave a 1/4th royalty. In the pooling order for 33 Western was ordered to offer $250 for 3/16th or no cash and 1/4th. Don’t rush into anything, do your research. I leased in November: 4-5N-7W. Got 3/16 and bonus of $450 an acre for 3 years with an option for renewal of 2 years. I assume this is close to you and close to 33-8N-8W.
