Have been contacted by a Landman interested in leasing mineral rights in Lea County New Mexico…specifically Township -17S,Sections 3 and 13 Range 37E. Does anyone know of any recent activity in these areas? If so, is anyone familiar with the avg lease bonus and RI for leases in these areas? Thanks in advance for ANY information or feedback.
