I was contacted today about leasing some minerals in Section 11, Township 14 North, Range 52 West. Terms sure are low… 5 years, 1/8 and $25/acre. Anyone have any idea what the going rates are in this area?
Would like to know more about your mineral interest in Cheyenne County.
We are hearing $100 / net mineral acre and $150 as the lease extension bonus. We may be in a slightly different area though.
