If a M.O. uses a copy of an Exhibit A done by an attorney for another M.O., is there anything wrong using it for your own lease?
Just wondering if anyone cares to provide an opinion.
Thanks.

If the Exhibit was filed in the public records, you are probably OK, unless you see any copyright notice. If there is no copyright notice, then if your friend gave it to you, you are still ok.
If it is copyrighted, don't do it, if you want to be legal.
Mr. Cotten,
Since the name of the law firm is on the Exhibit A, I am assuming that is considered copyrighted. Or am I wrong?
Thanks for your answers. I really appreciate it.
