I own 1/3 of 1500+ acres of royalty in Logan County, Arkansas which was leased for many years and now is not leased. I have been searching for anyone interesting in leasing or buying these royalties. I have not been able to find any information on what it should be leased or sold for based on surrounding royalties. Anyone know where to look for this information on the internet.
