Immediately afterward, I received a thick packet Certified Mail from Bison IV. The just of it is Lease to us or be subject to statutory pooling. I have not received any other offers to lease. The work is not anticipated to begin until the second Quarter of 2027. Can I await better offers. they give me sixty days to respond. I’m assuming I can negotiate just like I ordinarily would, correct?
