I own minerals on property that has been designated for drilling into neighboring lands. Will there be any compensation for these wells that pull mineral from adjacent land. They are located in Weld County Colorado. 63-11-18
You will only get paid if there are perforations on your acreage. If you actually mean 18-11N-63W, there is a surface location in the southern part of the section that has pending wells by Bison Operating to both the north into 18, 7, and 6 and another set going into 19, 30, 31. You will only get paid on a lease for 18 with perforations in 18. If you have surface acreage, that is a different beast and requires its own surface use agreement which does have payments for the surface use, but not royalties.
