I have seen a few people who have been made offers but not said the per acre prices. We just got one from Incline for about $5000 an acre in Sec24 149n 98w. Can anyone else relate their offers? I am exploring what I would sell in low producing areas because of my belief that oil will stay low for some time. Thanks
You would have to tie your offer to a royalty for it to be used for comparisons.
