I have seen a few people who have been made offers but not said the per acre prices. We just got one from Incline for about $5,000 an acre in Section 24, Township 149N, Range 98W. Can anyone else relate their offers? I am exploring what I would sell in low producing areas because of my belief that oil will stay low for some time. Thanks.
You would have to tie your offer to a royalty for it to be used for comparisons.
Yep. Did that. It’s more than approx. total royalty that we have received. Which is why I was intrigued in the first place. Just trying to compare. Thanks.
