Have received offer to lease from Texas Landman.
We have approximately 150 nmra per Judge Stone from Lea County saying we do own that amount.
In R38 mainly. Have not had any contact from anyone interested in them YET.
Hoping to find someone who will offer a fair lease. We had one five or six years ago, but no one did anything at that time. But that was before we went to court and got Judge Stone rule in our favor.
Hoping that has changed our situation now.
For Jean_Merrell, I looked back 12 months for leases (orange circles) and permits (yellow diamond) in Drilling Info. Some new leases near Section 5, and production in adjacent Section 6. Blue circles are active producing wells.
Donald_Skotty,
Not sure if you got my previous post on this thread - listed below—

We have 150 acres NMRA as ruled by Judge Michael Stone, Lea County, New Mexico…
Any info you could share regarding this would be greatly appreciated?
