It looks like the permits for all of the additional wells were issued back in 2014 and have expired.
It’s safe to say that if you are suddenly getting much higher offers for your interest that someone knows something and thinks there will be additional future drilling on your lands, but as of now there doesn’t appear to be any recent drilling permits issued. I’d check back with the RRC every month or so to look for new permitted wells.
