fwiw, not all of Leon County is the same. The Buckaroo lease is south of the current Comstock/Mitsui drilling trend. By a good bit. Your mileage may vary, but there seemed to me to be a lot of pretty good threads with posts from informed folks (i.e. not me) about this Leon deep gas trend on this site.
