Letters are beginning to trickle in the mailbox with offers to buy my mineral rights after several years of hearing nothing. Is this a sign things are beginning to trend up with oil/gas exploration in Angelina County?

I am starting to see some offers in my mailbox also. It’s been a very long time since I have seen any activity on the mineral rights in Sarah Odell Survey. Has anyone else seen any activity or offers in this area?
