Is anyone else getting offers to purchase minerals in LeFlore County?
Any knowledge on what is going on there in general?

I haven’t received any offers on my minerals there, the area where my minerals are is played out / poor geology. If you post the section, township and range, that could help members let you know if there’s new activity in your area.
I have tracts scattered around the county but haven’t even had any tire kickers since GHK pulled out of the area going on 20 years ago. However higher natural gas prices could change that. There are several gas bearing zones from CBM (coal bed methane) on down deeper.

Section 3, Township 7 North, Range 26 East
Current wells are still producing in 3-7N-26E. No new OCC activity.
With the low volume on the producing wells, there probably isn’t a large amount of money they can reasonably offer you, unless they know of some upside you’re unaware of. Personally I’d hold onto it.
