Starting to get unsolicited offers to buy my mineral rights in sections 24 and 25 8N 5W. Is there anything going on that I should be aware of that’s brought an uptick in the offers?
Given that several of the sections nearby to you have permits for infill drilling of horizontal wells, I suspect that several “somebodies” know something that is coming. Whenever Increased density hearings are posted, offer letters frequently fly out the door to surrounding sections. Time will tell.
