I have received offers from 2 different companies on 2 parcels that I own in Canadian county. They are offering in the area of $4000 per acre, which seems to me very low. I've made a counteroffer, but they don't seem to want to budge. The size of the tracts is small - 10 NMA in the one section, 5 in the other.
Anyone have an idea what the going rate is in these areas?
