I have received a couple of unsolicited offers to buy mineral rights in Section 3-12N-12W in Caddo County, OK. I have only been receiving a couple hundred dollars a year in royalty payments these past few years. I own 28.12 acres. A few years ago I received an offer of $3000 per acre but turned it down. Recent offers are slightly less. Is there drilling activity planned for this section? What are reasonable offers per acre in this section.
