Just to share info. We’re in Grady County, Section 35, Township 7 North, Range 5 West. We’ve been receiving outright purchase offers for the last month or so. Ranging from $8,250 to $17,600 per NMA. And of course, a few blind. The most recent is from a landman representing Continental. We were pooled at 1/8th. Still think this low considering the recent info from this site.

On another note, we’ve stopped getting email notices again in January. Is anyone else having this issue? We asked for help and got a System response asking if our email was correct because they were bouncing back as undeliverable. It seems to be we replied, but no response to that and still no emails. We probably messed things up trying to check our profile settings when it first stopped. We thought it was caused by using the iPad. Any thoughts?
