I received an offer recently to purchase mineral rights to a tract in the Centerville District for just over $4400/acre. While I have read many of the current posts as well as the comments about selling vs holding on to the rights, I do not know what the range or typical offer for rights should be?

I strongly recommend one does not post their email or phone numbers on the board. I strongly suspect it is a violation of the site’s rules and one may be banished from the site.
This seems to be common on threads pertaining to selling minerals, I am not pointing fingers at anyone specific, but the word Vultures comes to mind.
