I just received a written offer to purchase for 30k/acre. Rights are in 36-3N-5W. Only small production is going on currently in the area. Makes me wonder if Project Springboard is coming my way? I own 7 acres in the section and another 7 right above it in 25-3N-5W.

We did sell to them. $32,500/acre
Did you get money wired or cashiers check? Any problems
It was very easy. It took about a month and it was wired. Signed a couple of documents and that was it.
