Offer to purchase working interest Reagan/Glasscock

I inherited working interests in Reagan and Glasscock Counties. I think many of them are on the border of the two counties. I was recently offered 8k per acre to purchase my working interests in the following Sections:

Glasscock: NE/4 Section 28, Township 5 South, Block 35

Reagan: All of Sections 7 & 8, Block A SE/4 of Section 9, Block A

Reagan and Glasscock: NE/4 & SW/4 of Section 39 NE/4 & SW/4 of Section 40 NE/4 & SW/4 of Section 46

Do you think that is a fair offer?

Could you let me know who’s interested in these properties? I might want to contact them and get an offer. I have mineral interests in Reagan County. Thanks.

Sell half. If they’re not willing to only purchase half, the price is too low.

And here’s a new twist. Make sure YOUR working interests were NOT the ones that held the operatorship.
