Anybody have details why this might be?
You already have one horizontal well in sect 20. Devon has positioned that well so that more can be drilled for infill to the west. Devon, Validus and Crawley have rigs running nearby for two and three section horizontal wells, so activity nearby. Buyers usually make offers when there is nearby activity. If you have no need to sell, you can sit back and see what happens. Your current well has about another BCF of gas to produce.
