parts of Blaine county are very active now, mostly to the south of you. Before you think about selling, you may want to read the Q2 investor presentations from Continental Resources, Cimarex, Devon, Newfield and Marathon to learn more about the area. Look at where your acres in reference for where the pending activity will be. In my experience, first offers are usually low to the actual value of the acreage. There are quite a few companies out there looking to snap up acreage for cheap and hold for better times.
