I received a letter today from Vertical Energy LLC about purchasing minerals in Caddo County 25 N 10 W. Offer says purchase even if leased. Anyone know about that area and if it’s very active. Sorry clueless to this whole thing. I live in Arizona, so not able run over to the county courthouse. Thanks for any reply.
There is no 25N 10W in Caddo County. Check your description.

My family members also received offers to purchase in Caddo County. The company incorrectly described our legal location as well. Not sure if it is the same outfit.
There have been at least two postings on the forum about offers in Caddo from this company. Both had incorrect information. Red flag for me. Sloppy work on the letter does not incline me toward dealing with a company.
