We received an offer to purchase mineral rights to our interest in 1-28-21-WXH for $5,750. This section has the producing Indultado oil well. We haven’t received any offers for quite some time and was wondering if anyone else had received offers. I could be wrong, but this offer seems quite low. Am I wrong?

Lots of offers going on in that area. The potential for future wells is why they are offering. The offers will be lower for lower royalty. $5750 is low compared to what I have heard in the area.
