I got an unsolicited letter from Stable Energy Resources asking to lease my oil & gas rights on SW/4 of Section 15-14N-06W in Canadian County. I have no idea how to determine if their offer is fair or even if I want to do it. How can I investigate this? Thanks!
Wow, that’s some reply. If you read my request more carefully, you’ll see that I didn’t ask you to investigate; I asked for suggestions on how I should investigate. I’m looking fit resources, not answers.

Margaret, it’s okay. I have never understood multiple punctuations. Maybe it means he is yelling or his keyboard is stuck? Not many Filings in the area to give you some feed back. What are they offering lease bonus and royalty. You can send me a friend request and private message if you dont want to post it hear.
