I have an offer to lease from Paladin Land Group. Depending on Bonus elected. Ranging from no bonus for 25 percent to 4000.00 for 3/16. Does anyone know if this is in the ballpark. I live in Caddo. So, I know no much about the area. Have also a offer to buy ac in 21-7-7. Thanks

Land Commission leased some minerals in Sec. 01-09N-08W for $6,500/NMA with a 3/16 royalty in May.

Leases in 10N-7W are leasing for $5000-6000 and minimum of 1/5. I just leased in 4-9-7 for $5000 and 22% with great Exhibit. A.
