Greetings,

I have an offer to lease from Paladin Land Group. Depending on bonus elected. Ranging from no bonus for 25 percent to 4000.00 for 3/16. Does anyone know if this is in the ballpark? I live in Caddo. So, I know not much about the area. Have also an offer to buy acres in 21-7-7. Thanks.

Land Commission leased some minerals in Section 01-09N-08W for $6,500/NMA with a 3/16 royalty in May.

Leases in 10N-7W are leasing for $5,000-6,000 and minimum of 1/5. I just leased in 4-9-7 for $5,000 and 22% with great Exhibit A.
