I received a written offer to buy my mineral rights from T3 Energy. They are offering $4716.98/acre. I don’t think I’m interested in selling. But why the sudden interest in this section? Since I inherited these mineral rights 20 years ago, I’ve made VERY little money off them. Thanks
Mewbourne just drilled a new well in October, it will pay out here pretty soon and you’ll get one big check and some higher monthly income.
They’re offering you in an attempt to get the production from the new well.

Mine are near Foss Reservoir and I’ve been offered a similar amount and get at least one call per month. That just tells me I’ve got something worth a whole lot more. There’s drilling permits a mile away so we’ll find out soon.

Section 30, 15 N 17 W
30-15N-17W is the middle section of the Ambassador Inn well. If it were my acreage, I would not sell as that well is about to come online and is drilled near the west side of the sections, leaving room for more infill wells in the future.
The buyer wants the old royalties on vertical wells, the new horizontal royalties and the possible future horizontal royalties for infill wells.

That section has an old dry well. There has been a bit of leasing in it in the last 24 months at 3/16ths.

I have mineral right in Custer County, in sections 14, 13, 22, T13 and R 18. Just wondering what’s going on there. I got an offer for $3000 an acre but that seems kind of low to some I’ve seen on here for around $4000 an acre.
