We have received an offer to buy mineral rights in Grady Co., OK., Section 23 9N-7W & Section 14 9N-7W. Has anyone else received offers and is there any new drilling going on in this area?

You have two permits for sections 14, 23 and 26. Validus is the operator. The wells are listed as DRILLED but I do not see a completion yet. Personally, I wouldn’t sell if I were about to get royalties from new wells. The buyer certainly wants those royalties and they plan to make a profit off of buying that acreage.

Welcome to the form , that a great question! Don’t sell , be patient, the oil companies are trying to get more money! They could make 4 to 10 times more than they are offering! Just my 2 cents! Good luck
