Hello, I recently received an offer for 42.8 net mineral acres for 105,000.00. I’m in the following sections:
1,2 and 3-161n-96w; 9,10,11,12-161n-96w, 36-162n-96w. Royalty ranges from 16.167 to 20%.
How can I find out if this is a reasonable offer. If continental will be drilling in these areas?
With my current net royalty, it would take about 40 years to break even. However I feel this offer is telling me something is about to happen.
