I leased my interest (3.7 acres) in Skinner Survey A-35, Freestone County back in March. Now I’ve received an offer to buy from another company. Any opinions on what a fair price would be and is there much activity in this area? Thanks.
Better NOT to sell!! Leasing activity can generate good income. They won’t pay you for what it’s really worth - otherwise, how do they make a profit??
