I received and offer of $3k to buy my share of 3.7 acres in A-35 (Skinner Survey). The buyer is referring to it being in Freestone county. Does this seem reasonable? Thanks.

A-35 is not the Skinner survey in Anderson County. Review your legal description.

George, thanks for pointing that out. I inherited interests in several surveys and I was mistaken in thinking they were all in Anderson County. Apparently, this was the only one in Freestone County.
