We received a phone call today, offering to buy our mineral rights in Section 8-13N-14W Custer County, Oklahoma. We own 1.111 acres, BTW. The offer was for $5600 an acre. Is this a good offer? Has anyone else had an offer in this area? Thanks.
Citizen Energy got permission for increased well density in Nov 2020. The well WL 1H-8-17 and WL 2H-8-5 were drilled in 2020 with one going north and one going south. They have asked for an additionalMiss. well to recover more hydrocarbons. You may not have received the Division Order yet on the first two wells since they were completed in October and it usually takes six months. They want your royalties from the first two wells and the third well.
