Received an offer for a 3-year lease on my minerals in Section 29-5N-9E. $400 per 1/8th, $350 per 3/16th, and $300 per 1/5th… part of a multi-unit. Silver Creek proposal. Has anyone had any similar offers?
Similar, but higher. They were leasing last fall and then slowed down. Good to know they are picking up again.
