Each individual has their own life to live. There are many very good reasons to sell, just as there are many good reasons to hold on.

There’s definitely quite a few offers I got to sell in 2019 that I wish I took them up on. Hindsight is 20/20

I agree. Never sell your mineral properties. By the time you pay taxes and add in the lost income and potential future income, it’s not worth it.
That is your opinion based on your circumstances. By using Roth IRAs or 1031 exchanges I don’t pay tax on the income or the sale. It’s not a one size fits all scenario.
