I inherited a bunch of mineral rights in TX, NM and LA when my mom died three years ago. Now I have people calling me wanting to buy the Eddy County, NM rights and I have no idea what I’m doing. Can someone tell me if this is a good offer?

Those all look like State (owned) lands to me. You own the lease from the State of NM?

On the surface, I don’t see how that is a good offer regardless of the situation. But I might not understand what is up.
