Greetings. This is a new one for me. We received an Offer for $14k for a Solar waiver in Woods CO. The Surface owner has already agreed. It appears they have secured surface rights for about 1,000 acres. We have 40 net acres in the tracts. The waiver allows exploration more than 1000 feet below the surface if it doesn’t impede the solar farm. Does anyone have any experience negotiating such a waiver?
