Two offers to lease:
$1200.00 per acre, 3 years-25% with 2 year option at $1200.
$1500.00 per acre, 3 years-25% with 2 year option at $1500.00
Not sure if we want an option as that would leave us high and dry if they chose not to take it also if they did take the option mineral rights might be worth a lot more by then. We will wait and see what happens.
The $1200.00 offer wanted an answer by Monday! They also sent a cover letter by e-mail, basically what Buddy Cotten said earlier "an agreement to agree".
